Title and Font Research Magazine

For my magazine planning, I decided to create a questionnaire to ask my audience which magazine title they preferred. I did this as making our targeted audience happy about the title will ensure that they watch the trailer and view the magazine cover that links with the trailer.

This is what the questionnaire results were:
Mast Head
Tally

IIII IIII I

IIII

IIII

As the most popular title was "The Haze", I then went onto looking at three different fonts using the phrase "The Haze". The top font I chose was a very simplistic font but at the same time was very effective. As the word "The" is to the side of the word "Haze" which is very effective as it informs the audience that this is not just an ordinary title. The masthead is very important as it makes the audience recognize the company. For the middle font I used a very plain and basic font as it is easy for the audience to read. The last font I used a very formal  font to make the title look professional and realistic.

This is what the questionnaire results were:
Font
Tally

IIII IIII IIII

II

III

From both questionnaires, I now know that my audience want my magazine to be called "The Haze" and my audience want me to use my top style of font which is called "Smash". This shows that I have taken audience opinion into consideration when making my magazine front cover.

    1. I have evaluated what I found in my both questionnaires and explained how I will be using the results in my magazine poster.
